My FITNESS philosophy

Before I get into all the details about my current workout routine, I want to talk a little bit about my fitness philosophy.
The thing I think is indispensable to keep in mind when choosing an exercise routine is picking one you genuinely love. Find something that makes you elated. Exercise can be walking your dog for an hour. It can be boxing, running, yoga, weight training and the list goes on. Just because I am about to share my current exercise routine (that I have been loving) with you, doesn’t mean that you should feel pressure to do it too. Honestly speaking, exercise is one of my favorite ways to destress and focus on myself for a while. I legitimately look so forward to going to the gym because it is my “me time”. As I am writing this, I’m realizing that I think the reason I look so forward to going to the gym is because I always give myself a choice to do so. If I am not feeling well and feel that it is better to take time off, I don’t go to the gym. And you know what? I don’t feel guilty for it or apologise. I never force myself in a way that is not loving or treat exercise as a form of punishment. know what it’s like to treat exercise as a form of punishment or to not have the best relationship with exercise. It’s a terrible feeling to feel like you have to force yourself to workout for X hours or else X is going to happen.

One of our responsibilities to ourselves is to take care of our bodies, inside and out. If we don't take care of ourselves then we can't take care of others. We have to take charge of our own happiness and healthfulness.

Furthermore, when it comes to eating, I believe in eating EVERYTHING in moderation. I also believe in challenging myself daily with a variety of different workouts: running, swimming, rowing, biking, yoga, even walking. My philosophy is to just keep moving and burn more calories than you consume.

I’m gonna interpret my training routine in a very comprehensive manner in my next blog

STAY TUNED...!!!
